Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

In a few short weeks, the coveted Pumpkin Spice Latte will be disappearing from most of our beloved menus. Typically once Black Friday hits, we see the pumpkin flavored goodies replaced with gingerbread and peppermint to welcome in the Holiday seasons. Lucky for you, you can bring a little bit of that pumpkin spice goodness home to your fridge with this DIY Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer! It’s super easy to make and delicious!

2 Cups Hazelnut Milk (or Almond milk or cashew milk or whatever…)
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions: Whisk almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it is almost boiling, whisk in vanilla, remove from heat and pour in a bottle or container with lid.

Allow mixture to cool completely. Store in the fridge and shake before using in case spices settle a bit.

Annnnnnnd voila! Pumpkin Spice Latte at home all year long!
